Left to right: Dr. Zhao Yumin, Megan Torrey, Phyllis Yaffe, and Diego Gómez Pickering
Last Tuesday, we hosted our Trade Wars event, which was a great success. We were able to continue the dialogue on current U.S. trade relations and discuss how it will affect our home in CT. Thank you to our partners MetroHartford Alliance and Hartford Association for Business and Economics (HABE) as well as our sponsors, CERC, UCONN CIBER, and the Hartford Business Journal—we are so grateful for your partnerships and sponsorships. And thank you to our incredible panel, Ambassador Diego Gómez Pickering, Consul General Phyllis Yaffe, and Dr. Zhao Yumin, Acting Consul General of China in New York. We couldn’t have done it without you… literally!
